To provide communications advice for Michelmersh Brick Holdings, one of the largest brick manufacturers in the UK, on the handling of the 2013/14 UK brick shortage.
We used a culmination of forward thinking advice, market analysis and messaging to drill down the overarching story of how bricks can drive economy. We initially set about targeting analysts, press and sector opinion formers in a targeted manner to help form the investment case.
Within the first eight weeks, we had established a clear communications plan for the company which was executed around key calendar evetns resulting in the Michelmersh name becoming synonymous with ‘best of British’.
Since our appointment, Michelmersh has become a recognised expert voice in the sector.
