Yellow Jersey PR is pleased to announce that it has been advising Ocean Outdoor on its financial communications in relation to the Company’s re-admission to the LSE today.

Ocean Outdoor operates digital out-of-home (DOOH) networks across 8 of the top 10 cities in the UK, as well as some of the most prestigious digital outdoor locations, including Holland Park Roundabout, Westfield London and Westfield Stratford, The Birmingham Media Eyes above New Street Station, Birmingham and Landsec’s Piccadilly Lights.

The re-admission process follows Ocelot Partners completing the acquisition of Ocean Outdoor for an enterprise value of £200 million in March 2018, with Ocelot then renamed Ocean Outdoor Limited. In June 2018, Ocean Outdoor acquired Forrest Media for an enterprise value of £32 million.
