Yellow Jersey appointed by
emerging markets private equity specialist

Yellow Jersey PR, a business communications consultancy, has been appointed by Red Ribbon Asset Management plc, an investor and promoter of private equity projects in emerging markets.

The group account will be run by Dominic Barretto, Managing Director of Yellow Jersey, who is initially tasked in handling the strategies for a new carbon neutral budget hotel brand called Ecolodge. The brand, aimed at the budget hotel sector, will be expanded across India with a total of 10,000 rooms to be in operation by 2015 making Ecolodge the single largest brand in terms of number of rooms in India. Dominic will also be responsible for advising Armaec Energy Group, a leading developer of wind farms in the emerging market regions of both India and Armenia where Peter Hughes, formerly Managing Director of PowerGen International, is Chairman. Both investee companies are currently considering a public quotation.
