development board - The Jerseys


Yellow Jersey PR, a business communications and corporate reputation consultancy, announces the appointment of a development and advisory board - "The Jerseys" - to assist in the evolution of the agency moving forward and seek out new M&A and joint brand consultancy opportunities.

The Jerseys comprises of like-minded entrepreneurs and senior public and private directors all with demonstrable track records in the worlds of TMT, Science, Natural Resources, Financial Services and Leisure & Entertainment. Wendy Rosenthal, former Vice President of Sony Development, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sony Corporation of America is currently Managing Director of Hyper Entertainment; Philip Ranger, former Head of Corporate and Investor Relations for Sanctuary Group and a former management board member of HIT Entertainment, is co-founder of a new theatre, restaurant & bar venture in central London, called 'The Kean'; Stuart Hillston, is a former AIM listed company CEO and runs a corporate finance and investor relations boutique consultancy and; with his Middle East connections, Michael Humbert acts as a facilitator bringing together effective teams to realise complex transactions and projects focused largely on energy, natural resources and infrastructure in emerging and frontier markets. Michael is also a controlling investor in www.Billionaire500.com, an ultra high net worth publication.

The Jerseys name derives from the race colours worn during the Tour de France, where riders aim to win on points, mountains, sprints and other classifications.
