appoints Yellow Jersey PR

The Board of Yellow Jersey PR, the London-based corporate reputation consultancy, announces that it has been retained by Hemisphere Capital LLP, a leading venture capital and corporate advisory firm founded in 2003 by former non-executive director of ITV plc Heather Killen, and Matt Rothman, former CEO of SOFTBANK Emerging Markets.

In addition to providing brand and reputation support to Hemisphere Capital LLP, Yellow Jersey PR is advising on the re-launch of one of its investee companies, Horse & Country TV ("H&C TV"), the world's largest digital broadcast channel solely focused on 'horse sports' and 'country activities'.

On 31 December 2009, Heather Killen, who was also former Senior Vice President of International Operations for Yahoo! Inc., stepped down from the Board of ITV as a non-executive director following the replacement of Michael Grade as Chairman. Regarded as one of the most high profile corporate women in media, Heather will now focus her attention on building H&C TV which provides exclusive event coverage, format driven and personality-led programming, views and other features to a passionate and under-served audience base. H&C TV, which has secured a Welsh Assembly Grant and relocated to Wales, is privately backed by Hemisphere Capital LLP.
